TensiPower panel module showing 1258mm by 1264mm dimensions

The module

One panel. Endless arrangements.

The TensiPower panel is the foundational unit of the system. Three flexible photovoltaic strips are bonded onto a tensioned membrane and framed by heavy-duty webbing on all four sides. Stainless steel attachment buckles at each corner connect the panel to the host structure.

The result is a complete, weather-ready PV unit that can be tensioned, swapped, and reused without the rails, brackets, or fixings of a conventional rooftop array.

  • 1258 mm × 1264 mm nominal footprint
  • Three flexible PV strips per module
  • Reinforced webbing border with stainless attachment hardware
  • Designed for repeated tensioning and storage cycles

Applications

Where TensiPower fits.

TensiPower panels integrate with a wide range of host structures. If it can be tensioned, it can be powered.

And because TensiPower carries only a fraction of the weight of a rigid array, it opens up buildings that conventional solar has always had to skip, older roofs, lightweight structures, and anything where penetrating fixings are not on the table.

Older & heritage buildings

Roofs that fail conventional load assessments, or where penetrating fixings are not permitted, become viable hosts for solar generation.

Greenhouses & polytunnels

Lightweight glazed and polythene structures that cannot bear traditional panels can carry TensiPower across full roof spans.

Event & festival venues

Power stages, hospitality areas, and back-of-house infrastructure with the canopy you already need.

Temporary warehousing

Industrial-scale tensile buildings clad with active solar generation across the full roof span.

Disaster response

Rapid-deploy shelters and field hospitals with on-site power generation from day one.

Lightweight industrial

Steel-portal warehouses, agricultural barns, and clad outbuildings whose load capacity rules out rigid panels.

Military & field operations

Rapid-deploy command structures with self-contained energy generation, no fuel logistics.

Hospitality & pop-ups

Stretch tents, marquees, and pavilions that arrive with their own power generation built in.

Marquee integration

Drop-in replacement for existing roof systems.

TensiPower is engineered to integrate with the standard frame marquees and clearspan structures already used across the events, exhibition, and temporary buildings industries.

Replace conventional roof panels with TensiPower modules to convert a standard hire marquee into a powered structure, without changing the underlying frame.

  • Compatible with standard clearspan profiles
  • Direct replacement for non-PV roof panels
  • Side walls, doors, and access remain unchanged
  • Standard cabling routes through existing channels
